Fashion Week is produced by the Philadelphia Fashion Week Association, LLC (PFWA).
PFWA is comprised of marketing, public relations, multi-media specialists and fashion
business professionals. These groups of experts have over 40 years of experience in the
fashion industry such as fashion show production and design as well as in the publishing,
small business management, and marketing industries.

Fashion Week was formed in 2000 to give designers an outlet to showcase and market
their garments to consumers and fashion industry professionals in the Greater Philadelphia
Region. Designers are given the opportunity to produce fashion shows located in one of the
Philadelphia Fashion Weeks' facilities or at a location of their choice. The facilities
designed for Philadelphia Fashion Week provides high quality visual aids as well as
skilled production teams dedicated to ensure individual visions are carried out according
to each designers' style and industry standards.
